1) Understanding Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, Mythic Maps does not offer traditional returns. Once a digital map file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product. We ask that you carefully review product descriptions, previews, and available samples before making your purchase.

2) Refunds:

We strive for your complete satisfaction. In the following cases, we may consider issuing a refund at our discretion: 1. Technical Issues: If you experience a technical error that prevents you from downloading or using the map as intended, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or, if necessary, process a refund. 2. Accidental Purchases: If you have accidentally purchased the wrong map, contact us within 24 hours of the purchase. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund if reasonable.

3) Circumstances Where Refunds are Not Issued:

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds simply due to a change of heart or if you decide that you no longer need the map. Map Modification: We do not issue refunds if you have already altered or used the digital map file in any way.

4) Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team and provide the following information: Your order number Name of the map you purchased Reason for your refund request.

5) Refund Processing:

If a refund is approved, it will be made back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. By purchasing from Mythic Maps, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.
